The Physic Garden

The Physic Garden offers an alfresco dining area and an aromatic space for delegates to relax. With a stone amphitheatre, the Physic Garden makes a stimulating break out area for brainstorming. It is also an exceptional setting for a Barbecue or Hog Roast on a sultry summer’s evening.

Our inspiring Physic Garden was planted by the renowned herb grower, Jekka McVicar. Each bed has a theme, including culinary herbs, apothecary’s herbs and medicinal herbs for animals and plants used in aromatherapy.
